Each restaurant and every menu item are hand-selected by our staff in Rome. And, of course, the wines flow with great local vintages. Here are some sample menus! TENUTA TORCIANO WINERY On many of our tours, we include a visit to the Tenuta Torciano Winery in San Gimignano, Tuscany. The owner, Pierluigi Giachi, offers a unique and truly enjoyable experience where fine wine meets passion. He is able to teach and ente ain at the same time. You’ll learn the proper way to hold a glass and sip your wine, all while laughing at his comedic presentation. You’ll have a chance to taste their amazing olive & truffle oils, balsamic vinegar along with delicious bread…but why stop there? We’ve included a meal of cheeses, salamis, brusche‡e, salad, Tuscan soup and lasagna! All followed by Cantuccini cookies with a fabulous Tuscan desse wine.
