The Church of Saint Peter in Chains, Rome (Day 4) The stunning Tomb of Pope Julius II with the statue of Moses by Michelangelo Buonarroti. Saint Peter in Chains was built in 442 A.D. on previous Roman remains. The church is one of the oldest in Rome, famous for its artistic treasures and for hosting the chains of St. Peter. ▶ The Duomo di Milano (Day 9) A magnificent Gothic masterpiece that graces the heart of Milan, Italy.
